Fancy cut blue Montana sapphire with conflict-free Fancy cut diamonds on each side. I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 18k Yellow gold using the lost wax casting process. This one-of-a-kind gemstone ring is a size 7 and it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 7 X 5mm. The Fancy cut side diamonds are about 3mm the band is about 2mm.
