Fancy cut blue-green Montana sapphire with conflict-free Fancy cut diamonds on each side. I hand carved this ring in wax and cast it in recycled solid 14k Yellow gold using the lost wax casting process. This one-of-a-kind gemstone ring is a size 7 and it can be resized. The sapphire stone measures about 5.5mm. The Fancy cut side diamonds are about 2.5mm (.14 tot ct.). The band is close to 2mm.
